Behind The Idea the 5th Management E[x]posed

Entrepreneurship is one of the key drivers of our economy. Wealth and highly various jobs are created by small businesses started by entrepreneurially-minded individuals, many of who then successfully put through big businesses. People exposed to entrepreneurship tend to have more freedom and opportunity to continuously sharpen their creative thoughts, improve their self esteem, and enhance their sense of controlling over their own lives. As a result, many experienced business people, political leaders, economists, and educators believe that fostering a robust entrepreneurial culture will maximize individuals and collective economic and social success on the local, national, and global scales.
